PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy explains how Claim To Fame Racing LLC ("Claim To Fame Racing," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information in the Claim To Fame Racing app (the "App"). The App is a private, members-only service for approved investors in our thoroughbred racing funds. It is not open to the general public.


INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect only what we need to run your membership:

  - Account information: your name and email address, used to verify that you are an approved investor and to sign you in.
  - Content you create in the App: messages you send to our team, visit and experience booking requests, and your responses to events and date polls.
  - Membership details: the fund or funds you participate in and related ownership information, which our team maintains so we can show you the right horses, updates, and distributions.
  - Photos you choose to upload: stored only to display inside the App.

We do not collect payment card numbers, bank account numbers, government identifiers, or precise location through the App.


HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

  - To authenticate you and provide the members-only App and its features.
  - To show you your horses, fund updates, events, and bookings.
  - To process and respond to your booking requests and messages.
  - To send you service communications related to your membership and your requests.


WE DO NOT TRACK YOU

The App contains no advertising and no third-party tracking or analytics. We do not use your information for advertising, we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites, and we do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.


HOW INFORMATION IS STORED AND SHARED

Your information is stored using Supabase, our database, authentication, and storage provider, and is protected by per-user access rules so that one member cannot see another member's private information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate the App, and only as needed:

  - Supabase: secure hosting of accounts, content, and files.
  - Email delivery provider: to send sign-in codes and to notify our team when you submit a booking request.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property.


DATA RETENTION AND YOUR CHOICES

We keep your information for as long as you are a member. You can delete your account at any time from the Account screen in the App, which removes your access and your personal data, including your messages, bookings, and account record. You may also contact us to access or correct your information.


CHILDREN

The App is intended only for approved adult investors and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.


IMPORTANT NOTICE

The App provides information and member services. It is not an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security, and nothing in the App is investment, legal, or tax advice. Thoroughbred ownership involves substantial risk, including loss of capital. The App does not offer or facilitate any wagering, betting, or real-money gaming.


CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above when we do.
